Drive slowly and with caution on Stonehurst Drive

Anyone driving into Stonehurst has noticed the 7 marked parking spaces along the east side of Stonehurst Drive. Those parking spaces belong to Stonehurst IV and were marked to indicate where its residents can park. As a result of vehicles parking there, Stonehurst residents need to excercise caution when passing vehicles in this area. If you experience any difficulty driving in this area, the Board would appreciate if you would send a note to Jo Eanes explaining what problem you encountered. As noted in the February Newsletter, the Board had to rescind a 2009 agreement it had with Stonehurst IV allowing Stonehurst IV to park in our spaces on the west side of Stonehurst in exchange for Stonehurst IV giving up its 3 spaces along the east side of Stonehurst. A Stonehurst homeowner had contested this agreement contending that the Board did not have the authority to enter into this agreement. After consulting with Counsel, the Board was advised to rescind the agreement.
