This page contains forms for all Stonehurst residents.  Forms specific to Homeowners only can be found in the Homeowners section of the website.

If you would like to be listed in the directory, or would like to change your information currently in the directory, please fill out the attached form and submit it to the Secretary at sectreas@stonehursthoa.com.

The purpose of the new “Neighbor-to-Neighbor Service Database” is to provide residents with a community resource to help find neighbors who can provide services that fall outside of what is normally listed in our “Stonehurst Contractor Database”. 
Services listed in the new database should be pertinent to the day-to-day operational needs of the Stonehurt Homeowners Association (SHA) community, and can include baby sitting, before- and after-school care, dog walking, house sitting, tutoring, gardening, seamstress and tailoring, help with grocery shopping, car washing, etc.   Services listed by providing neighbors may involve a fee, and are to be negotiated between the provider and the requester. 

To submit Neighbor to Neighbor services, please fill out the following form.

Do you have a contractor that you were really impressed with and would like to share the information?  Fill out the Contractor Database Form and your contractor will be added to the list.  Remember, you will be listed as a reference for this contractor. Stonehurst Homeowners Association Board of Directors in no way endorses any contractor on this database.
