Community maintenance - Sidewalks, Streets, Trees

This page has communication/instruction on common area maintenance being performed in the areas of sidewalks, streets, and trees

Resealing touch ups will be completed on Monday, 8/18.  Streets affected will be Bailey Lane, Clanbrook Court, Graceland Place, and Marycrest Street.

The following spaces on Bailey Lane need to be clear of cars by 8am:

the unnumbered space to the left of 9263

9280

an area between 9291 and the unnumbered space to the left of 9291 - both spaces should be vacant

Cones will be placed at the tops of the spaces that need to be vacant.  

Touch ups on Clanbrook Court, Graceland Place and Marycrest Street will be in the street so no spaces will need to be vacated.

Due to the excessive heat these past two days, Bartlett Tree Services was not able to complete as much work as they expected. For now you may return your vehicles to your parking spots. 

We will be working with Bartlett to reschedule the remaining work. Once a schedule is set, a notice will go out to the residents that will be affected by the remaining work.
